Sixteen-year-old Miley Cyrus graces the August cover of ELLE magazine and also poses for a sexy fashion feature inside the issue.
Cyrus has been developing quite the fashion habit: First she announced her teen clothing line for Walmart with Max Azria and now she's nabbed the cover (photographed by Carter Smith) of one of the most prestigious fashion magazines.

Even though Elle is my favorite fashion magazine (minus the Kohl's episode), I still have beef with Nina Garcia. She just rubs me the wrong way, and I think it's because she tries too hard. First she is attempting to channel her inner Anna Wintour, which no one can do (at least not in this lifetime). When that didn't work, she moved on to fellow Project Runway star Tim Gunn.
How did this one slip past me? While being caught up in the swirl of having every celebrity on the planet designing their own clothing line, I guess I didn't even notice that magazines had followed suit.
