Flip-flops, they are a piece of footwear that I refuse to embrace but shamefully own more than one pair. Flip-flops are great shoes for showers at the gym and are great for casual hot summer days. I would say the most that I have spent on a pair of flip-flops is $18 for Havaianas because they simply are the best flip-flop on the market. I digress. I live in Austin, the slacker-center of the universe, where owning a pair of flip-flops is practically mandatory. Don't kid yourself, however, these are not a hot fashion item.
