Crocs get ... stylish?

Looks like the Crocs haters have finally gotten through to the company that brought the garden clog into mainstream fashion (and, as far as we're concerned, contributed to the downfall of civilization at the same time). Crocs has started a new line, YOU by Crocs, which is designed to appeal to those who are both fashion conscious and in need of a comfortable shoe. But, as we've already mentioned, we're not buying.

Not all fashionistas wear heels, but we doubt any stylish woman's eyes don't light up a little when she sees a really beautiful stiletto. Really high heels are really a work of art -- as is walking in them. But, 

You can wear the most gorgeous dress, or put together the most flattering jeans and top, but so many people make a mistake when it comes to the last accessory they put on -- their shoes. You might not realize it, but the wrong shoes can take you from looking long and lean to appearing short and stumpy.

Shoes, shoes and more glorious shoes! The best part about fashion week for us isn't the glamorous clothes or the celebritiy sightings -- it's the footwear.
Sky high wooden platforms, wedges that are more artwork than they are shoes, bold colored purses in the shape of lunchboxes, big bauble necklaces in bright blue and pink -- the Just Cavalli show in Milan Fashion Week truly had some amazing clothes, but the little details stole the limelight.
Sometimes you crave the ease of a flat, but you still want a little lift for your behind. That's when the miracle of the mini-wedge becomes evident.
