Rubber Duck goes plaid for the fall

Rubber Duck is back with a fall collection filled with plaid. Fans like Lindsay Lohan, Sienna Miller and Hillary Duff will be excited to see that the LA/Copenhagen hipster line includes more choices of their infamous Snowjoggers, which are either tons better or a million times worse than Uggs, depending on your age and coolness orientation.

In addition to the Snowjoggers, you can also get tennis shoes and scarves in matching plaid. And to complete your Rubber Duck look, grab a pair of the brightly colored Wayfarer style sunglasses, or the porno-riffic "Las Vegas" goggle-style that we totally covet in white.

Need help putting together your perfect Rubber Duck outfit? In the gallery, a few of our choice favs, including those sexy sunglasses.

Would you pay $800 for a bracelet?

Filed under: Accessories, Style in the News

OK, sure they look awesome. And yeah, you'll see Hilary Duff wearing them. And sure, OK, they're made of fossilized mammoth ivory, but would you really pay $800 for a faux rocker bracelet?

That's what they cost at Barneys, according to Fashionista.com. Fortunately, it seems the site will soon be offering DIY tips on how to make the bracelets yourself -- presumably for the $20 or so it would cost to create something that looks exactly the same.

If you can't stand the wait, and want to get started making your own right now, check out Jessica Kagan Cushman's (the designer) site for inspiration.

Send a photo if you're successful -- I'd love to see how it turns out!

Top 5 StyleFouls at the Grammys, with Sarah's StyleFixes

Filed under: Clothing, Men, Dresses, Celebrities with Style, Celebrity Fashion Mistakes

grammy awards 2007 - stylefoul top five
StyleFoul: Mandy Moore looked like she rolled out of bed after a hard night of partying. Literally. Did the singer take the floral bedsheet of her bed, wrap it around her, and affix it to her body with a belt?
StyleFix: Go to bed earlier, Mandy. Wake up earlier. Take a shower. Find a real dress.

StyleFoul: Justin Timberlake in a silver suit that looks like he borrowed it from his father's closet. Or maybe from the Goodwill pile.
StyleFix: The man is a fashion designer now. Doesn't he have access to a sewing machine somewhere?

StyleFoul: Hillary Duff - Wild, bedhead hair colored way too dark to match what a too-small shiny Dolce & Gabbana dress. The dress looks like a nightie.
StyleFix: The adorable pop actress/singer should have kept her hair a lighter, natural color. Everything else wouldn't have looked so cheap.

StyleFoul: The Pussycat Dolls. All of them. Enough said.
StyleFix: We're not sure how we could fix these ladies.

StyleFoul: John Mayer very adorably paired a pair of Nikes with his tux -- we don't consider that a StyleFoul at all. But his bowtie was way too small.
StyleFix: He could have used the bow as a barette for his hair, and worn a regular sized bow tie.
