Blumera is growing

Blumera designer Mehera Blum with some of her creations at her Clarabella Trunk ShowBlumera, previously credited as "One of those designers you should know by now," recently had a trunk show at the exclusive Clarabella boutique in New York City.

The designer, lovely Mehera Blum (at right), was there and glowing with the kind of sparkly good energy you get from her handbags. The shop was filled with her gorgeous creations, some of which you can see here on our website and here on her website. Mehera Blum has been busy!

Marchuska As the Wall Street jobs thin out, some of the people who traded their creative passions for "stable" banking jobs are giving their artistic aspirations a second chance.

One of the top names in this current wave of artists is Christine Marchuska. A little Wall Street know-how can take a fashion designer a long way! Fashion is, after all, a business. And it's a hard one.
