Limited edition 90210-branded iPod Nano

For us, this quintessentially describes "geek-chic": a 90210-themed iPod Nano. Gearing up for the new spin-off/recreation coming to television this fall, CBS (which owns the rights to classic 90210 and is developing the new program), the CBS Store is offering a limited edition 8 GB iPod Nano (available in a full choice of colors, including pink!) featuring the original 90210 cast (well,t he cast members that mattered anyway) laser-engraved the back. You can even customize it by adding your own name.

The iPod is $269 and limited to only 2000 players, so if you want to reminisce like it's 1993, while keeping up with the gadgetry of 2008, order now!

The iPod's trademark white earbuds already look sleek and clean, but perhaps a few of you out there are looking to accessorize those gadget accessories. From the Pixelgirl Shop come these adorable "emotibud" earbud attachments, each featuring a different emotion.

At four pairs for $16, I personally feel that the price is a little steep for such a tiny, trivial decoration, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about buying 'em.

Seven Days of Style: i-catching iPods

We know that the iPod in its purest form is perfect -- black or white goes with everything -- and sure, we love those shiny shiny metallic colors of the Nano, but just like everything else in our stylish lives, we love to accessorize. With the iPod, we can either let the iPod be an accessory all by itself, or embellish it in all kinds of twinkly bling, designer duds, and flirty fashions. Styledash did a little shopping around the web and points you to some things we found that will make your iPod absolutely i-catching. (Consider this a Holiday shopping guide -- if you click on the individual items in the picture, you can find out where to buy.)

Sunday - We'll start by going all-in with the King of Bling, Swarovski, which Crystalmini has taken and used to adorn iPods with thousands of tiny crystals -- "one for every song" in your iPod. Your iPod can be all one color, one of a number of pre-made prints, or can even be personalized with initials or custom designs. I'll take one with an "SJG!" That is, if I had $1,499!

Monday - I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this one yet, but TuneBuckle lets you attach your iPod to a belt. If you want to go discreet, TuneBuckle even has a buckle called Full Metal Jacket that hides your iPod behind a metal plate.

Tuesday - Let's just call this the Thomas Pink Affair, because just like an affair, it's dashing on the surface, hiding something naughty underneath. This tie from English designer Thomas Pink hides your iPod on the backside.
