Okay so we're totally going to cover each all of the leading ladies at the premiere of "He's Just Not That Into You," because frankly, the five of them together makes for a fashion power house. Each of them dressed so differently but all looked so beautiful in their own way. We are absolutely floored by this red carpet!However, we wanted to kick things off with the gorgeous Ginnifer Goodwin because this pumpkin colored dress? Wow, wow, wow.

We've got a great way to show your spooky Halloween spirit without looking like you went shopping in Spencer's -- how about a bright silk scarf, like this 
Halloween is right around the corner, and while not everyone can (or wants to) wear a costume to work or school on the big day, that doesn't mean you can't get in the spooky spirit. And no, we're not suggesting bat earrings or a ghost sweater -- colors and textures can convey the right idea with a lot less kitsch, which is what we'll focus on this week.
This is an odd pairing of belts
With Monday off (for most "normal" people with "normal" jobs) we're on a little weekend getaway. Though we didn't get to pack up and head to a private beach resort in the tropics nor to a luxury lodge tucked away in the Rockies, we have gotten to go somewhere slightly warmer than home and are inspired this weekend by "resort wear." 
Even if all we're doing on a Sunday afternoon is doing "necessary" things around the house like paying bills and doing laundry, we still want to look cute in front of the boy who's watching a couple of football games in the living room. It's a casual affair, which means Joie's Casual Affair Tunic Dress is perfect. The dress is made of a soft stretchy blend of tencel and supima cotton and comes in a bright orange-pink called saffron. The dress has long sleeves so it's not too inappropriate for mid-January, and yet the fabric is not too heavy for inside. 
I will almost always tell you, no matter how stick skinny you might be, to never ever never never wear horizontal stripes, particularly wide stripes.
