Cat Lincoln
Cat Lincoln is a writer and photographer, and lives in San Francisco with her husband. She is theoretically very private, but in practice will reveal almost anything if it will get a laugh. Although now firmly a West Coast resident, Cat continues to be influenced by the strict fashion rules of her Boston roots. That means she wears white year round, but has the good grace to lie about it to her grandmother.
Celebrities make frequent appearances in her pieces, and Cat is able to expound at length on the (huge!) difference between People and Us Weekly to anyone who will listen. She can talk about hair for hours. Also, she is a Gemini, and yes, it matters.
Completely addicted to products and in the habit of telling strangers on the bus about her latest find, Cat is equally at home cruising Sephora, haunting the Walgreens makeup aisle or scoring extra samples from Neiman Marcus Cosmetic Professionals.
Cat loves a bargain, junior mints at the movies and wearing false eyelashes with heavy black eyeliner. A former corporate marketing executive, she is thrilled to be writing non-fiction.
