Fashion and music have gone hand and hand since as far back as we can remember.

Dame Vivienne Westwood helped usher in the punk style that is still very popular in the UK by dressing the Sex Pistols and Adam Ant; Jean Paul Gaultier outfitted Madonna in those now infamous cone-shaped bras for her world tours, and as of late, Gucci's Frida Giannini has been taped to design 20 different looks for Lenny Kravitz's upcoming 'Love Revolution' European tour.

How do you get famous musicians to donate their cast-offs? Promise them the profits will benefit a good cause. I've seen it before with watches made from guitar straps and now Relix magazine and Azu Studio have created a line of guitar string bracelets made from strings from famous musicians. Each one is guaranteed to be from a celebrity. The prices vary according to the fame of the musician: Ben Lee will only run you $75 while Ben Harper will cost you $150. The most expensive bracelets come strings from Pete Townshend of The Who and Jack Black/Kyle Gass of Tenacious D which cost $300 each. Men's and women's sizes are available.
