Alright, Week 3 of the "Younger Skin Diet" is upon us. My skin has been breakout free and I swear it, more rosy and radiant from the inside. We've also lost some weight and, to boot, my fine lines have been diminishing everyday -- guess removing those "bad" foods in Week 1 and toxins in Week 2 was worth it!
