Sex and the City fans were beyond thrilled to hear that Kim Cattrall confirmed a sequel being in the works next summer. As was mentioned earlier, IMG star Gemma Ward has taken a break from the modeling industry to focus more on her budding acting career.
Recently, she starred in the horror flick The Strangers, starring Liv Tyler. And if everything goes accordingly, she may have another chance to play a crazed killer behind a funny mask once again:
Variety reports Rogue Pictures, the studio that produced the eerie film, is planning on making a sequel to their summer hit. The flick cost them a mere $9 million to make and it grossed a whopping $54 million. Production is slated to begin at the beginning of 2009.
Maybe this time Gemma will have a speaking part -- stay tuned!
