Cecille Villacorta, a 52-year-old former salesperson for Saks Fifth Avenue's fine jewelry department, has been convicted of third-degree grand larceny and falsifying business records.

She was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a $96,000 fine, reports WWD. She's also been given five years probation and 100 hours of community service.

Villacorta was consistently ranked among top earners, and through the falsified business records, improperly received $48,500 in commissions. She was acquitted of handing out $1.4 million in discounts. Wow!

Winona Ryder Has Issues, Namely of the Clepto and Xanax Kind

Winona Ryder

We guess the shame and embarrassment of the entire world watching Winona Ryder steal on camera in a pill induced state back in 2002 just wasn't enough for the sticky fingered actress.

The Life & Times of Coco Rocha

Filed under: Style in the News

Coco Rocha has come a long way since she found herself Irish gigging down the Jean Paul Gaultier runway a couple of seasons ago. In a time in fashion where fresh faced models are just as easily forgotten as what they've been eating, Coco has managed to navigate this picky industry and transform herself into a very hot commodity.

Just ask Anna Wintour. The editor-in-chief has put the Canadian in practically every issue of Vogue since Coco's first appearance back in 2006. So, it shouldn't come as a surprise that Style.com, Vogue's online home, has just created a web series that will follow Coco as she tries to survive her cross country trek for Fashion Week.

In the first part, watch as Coco plays with a casting director and explains how one can walk away with nice designer pieces after the show. Watch and learn.

Did Lindsay Lohan steal an $11,000 fur coat?

Filed under: Celebrities with Style, Daily Obsession

Yeah, probably. But this is still technically an "accusation," so there's no official word on whether or not the new Ugly Betty guest star will be spending time behind bars.

Our favorite part of this story is that LiLo didn't "accidentally" walk out with this from some ritzy Beverly Hills boutique. Instead she ripped off the coat from some woman she was partying with.

What kind of make-up would Winona Ryder steal?

Filed under: Cosmetics, Celebrities with Style

There's no good reason for a rich movie star to steal clothes that she can easily afford. Yet, there are a lot of weird things that happen in this world for which there is really no good explanation. That doesn't mean I don't want to hear Winona Ryder's explanation for why she decided to swipe inexpensive items off the shelf at the local CVC Pharmacy. That's one I'm dying to hear.

That's right folks, according to the Daily Mail, Ryder and her sticky fingers are at it again. You'd think that after 3 years of probation and 480 hours of community service for her last offense, Winona might have resolved to just pay for stuff that she would like to own. This time she picked a less ambitious target than Sak's 5th Avenue, but she still got busted.

Apparently, she actually purchased a few items at the pharmacy, but as she was leaving, she set off the security alarm. When the guard checked her bag, he found make-up that she hadn't paid for. These guys didn't want to press charges though, according to an employee "we took unpaid items back and she left the store."

Come on, any decent shoplifter knows to rip off all the security tags -- this has got to be a publicity stunt or something. Can she really be dumb enough to get caught twice. Does anybody out there shop at CVC? What kind of make-up do they have that Winona Ryder would want to steal? We have to figure this out.
