Winter weddings are hot, even if the weather is cold. December is making a run at becoming the new June, and with good reason. What bride doesn't find a Winter Wonderland incredibly romantic? Plus, kids are out of school for Christmas break, making travel easier on families who are invited.

Issac Mizrahi has done it again. And by "it" we mean used his sheer genius for us, the masses. His much anticipated wedding line has hit select Target retailers and Target online. We are pleasantly surprised with how gorgeous the inexpensive gowns really are.

Ah, the fall wedding season. If you're getting married, you probably have a ton of wedding-related events to attend. As it gets a little chilly, you kinda start to wish you could just wear your blue jeans.

Today's featured indie artist is Ivy Long of Edera Jewelry. Ivy designs exquisitely beautiful, painstakingly intricate accessories inspired by the lace-making and bead crochet techniques of the Victorian and Renaissance eras.

Simon Doonan, creative director of Barney's New York, tied the knot with long-time boyfriend Jonathan Adler in San Francisco today.

Adler, an interiors guru and judge on "Top Design," told the San Francisco Gate: "I turned off the ringer on my BlackBerry. That's very romantic; it's a big deal for me to do that.''

Well, perhaps Jennifer Lopez' babies can't wear the same outfit twice, but Princess Anne isn't above it. On several occasions, the Princess has worn an outfit on separate occasions. In fact, she did so just this weekend.

She first wore a Maureen Baker white and yellow dress 27 years ago to the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer, and wore it again this Saturday to Lady Rose Windsor's nuptials, complete with the same yellow flowered hat.

Today we'd like to introduce you to independent fashion designer Kpoene' Kofi-Bruce of Mignonette, which means 'cute girl' in French. Kpoene' recently launched her new bridal collection, which includes custom gowns.

One of the best things about a wedding is all of the cool paper products you need to order: invitations, response cards, maps, save-the-dates, announcements, thank you notes...the list goes on and on. Lucy tries to infuse her dresses with the spirit of these places. We're not sure if she succeeds, but we can definitely imagine them on some little girls we know, playing tag while the grown ups sip celebratory cocktails. Now that's a summer party.

Wedding bloggers, you've caught some major competition coming your way.

Vera Wang, the Queen B of all things delicate, romantic, and memorable in regards to wedding dresses, has just set-up shop over at Brides.com for a week as a guest blogger. On the temporary union, Brides.com editor-in-chief Michelle Preli, says: "It is an honor to align 'Wedded Bits' with Vera Wang, an innovator in the fashion world and driving force in the bridal design community."
