Lady Gaga might have thought it was still Halloween when she showed up for the 13th annual ACE Awards at Cipriani in NYC.

The star wore white fishnets over a gray and white splattered menswear shirt. On top of that, a velvety-pink bra and high-waisted short set.

Further, she teased some extensions into a big blonde puff ball, and covered up her face with a black lace headpiece by Erickson Beamon.

The Accessories Council throws the star-studded bash to celebrate achievements in accessory design.

And really, does anyone know how to accessorize quite like Lady Gaga?

Michelle Obama will grace the cover of Glamour this December, and, as always -- we're watching.

As the star of the "Women of the Year" issue, Mrs. O wore a red flared-skirt cocktail dress from her own closet. (Better luck next time, Thakoon!)

On men and dating, the First Lady told the author: "When you're dating a man, you should always feel good ...You shouldn't be in a relationship with somebody who doesn't make you completely happy."

We'll go out on a limb and guess Barack makes the cut on all fronts.

On her status as a fashion icon, Michelle said: "I can't be surprised that people are interested. But I've tried to be at peace with the choices that I make first, and then be open to everyone else's reflection."

And it's a good thing, because women everywhere are watching her every style move!

Last week we rapped Elen Rives -- ex-WAG (stands for wives and girlfriends) of British footballer Frank Lampard -- on the paws knuckles for copying Lady Gaga's style with her cuddly Hello Kitty coat.

Now, allow Her Gaga-ness to show us how it's done.

The singer has collaborated with Sanrio and photography team Markus Klinko & Indrani for a jaw-dropping photo shoot showing the singer vamping for the camera in an array of Hello Kitty garb.

Styled by GK Reid, the images include a shot of a pants-less Lady Gaga (shocker!) using an oversized Hello Kitty necklace as an impromptu loincloth of sorts (insert dirty puns here).

Hello Kitty pumps, plush doll gown, giant hair bow and psychedelic cartoon eyes also help Gaga embrace her inner feline.

According to Sanrio, the images will be featured in the "Three Apples" exhibition honoring Hello Kitty's 35th anniversary, while the shoot will also be shown in Markus Klinko & Indani's upcoming reality show, "Double Exposure," which debuts on Bravo in January 2010.

And last, but not least, they'll be on the cover of Lady Gaga's upcoming re-released special edition of "The Fame," which will also include a lock of the Ga's hair... if that does anything for you.

Let's just hope it's hairball-free!

Aside from Alex Rodriguez, Kate Hudson reveals in an exclusive interview for the December issue of Elle UK that she and Madonna might have a few other things in common, too.

An unusually edgy and oiled up Hudson appears in the David Slijper-photographed fashion spread wearing a skimpy Chanel bra and briefs set revealing toned thighs and buff arms, a la Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour garb. The rest of the outfit? Just a feathered Lanvin headpiece and leather gloves.

Explaining her new hard body, the actress says she's been on a mission to lose 20 lbs. for an upcoming role portraying a terminally ill woman.

When asked what she currently weighs, Hudson replies, "I'm pretty solid, actually. I'm not, like, 110lbs. But I'm probably heading towards that."

Yikes! We're praying she doesn't get as scary-skinny as Madge.

Michelle Obama was prepared for trick-or-treaters this Halloween.

The First Lady dressed up as a cat to hand out candy to some lucky kids from local Washington, D.C. schools.

While Mrs. O's costume was admittedly simple (she simply wore a leopard-print top and some fuzzy cat ears), the president opted not to dress up at all.

While we would have loved to see which costume he chose, we can understand why the president took the safe road and skipped playing dress-up.

As for the candy, the bags reportedly contained some special M&Ms, a sugar cookie and dried fruit.

This past weekend at Moscow's Manezh Exhibition Hall, designer Diane von Furstenberg was feted for her colorful life and career.

"Journey of Dress," an exhibition that was curated by her good friend André Leon Talley, spans 35 years and touches on everything from her first famed garment to disco days at Studio 54 to her current CFDA presidency.

In honor of the occasion, we caught up with the designer to talk art, fashion and her emotional connection to Russia.

StyleList: How did this exhibition come about?
Diane von Furstenberg: I have had two stores in Moscow for awhile and I actually haven't been over there to do PR and things like that. I knew this was going to happen in the fall. Over the summer I was with Natalia Vodianova and I said, 'Will you be there for me and come to Russia?'

She said, 'Of course, but what are you going to do?' I said, 'I'm going to do a fashion show and speak at the school of journalism.' You know, the usual things that I do. And she told me, 'But you know in Russia, people would love to know your history, your Warhols and Studio 54 and all of that.' So this is how it all happened.

SL: What can people expect?
DVF: It's going to be held in a huge state museum in Red Square with all of the original art. It's 6,000 square feet. Fashion divided by art. The dresses range from 1976 to 2007. Everything will be broken into four vignettes: Luxe, Studio 54, American Dream, and Empowerment (or Working Girl). So there will be all the fashion then artwork by Francesco Clemente, Andy Warhol...

SL: Where do keep your famous wrap dresses?
DVF: I have a huge archive in my house in Connecticut.

SL: Do you ever wear the original ones?
DVF: I personally, well you know, I'm 30 years older so...

SL: Will this become a traveling exhibition?
DVF: I think it will be. There has been interest in it from people in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Washington D.C. It all happened quite naturally, but I've never presented it in this way. My father was born in Russia back in 1929, so I'm doing this 80 years later. It's very emotional.

Looks like Lourdes Leon isn't the only child with with fierce fashion moves in the Madonna household.

Accompanying his adoptive mother on a trip to Malawi, his birthplace, four-year-old David Banda flaunted his cheeky and chic side with a cool cartoon tee, Dior sunglasses (swiped from Madge, perhaps?) and a woven man (er, boy) purse.

(We're hoping we won't have to coin a new fashion term, "burse!")

The little fashion plate -- who's apparently been taking style notes from his Material Girl mom-- gave the paps a show to remember by sticking out his tongue and vogue-ing for the camera.

Andre Agassi has a secret, and he's sharing: The tennis star has worn hair pieces for years! Not just subtle, low-key ones, but full-on '80s rockstar hair, mullets and more.

While it makes perfect sense -- in fact old photos scream fake hair when we look back -- we still felt a bit shocked by the now-bald star's admission, which he made via his upcoming book, "Open: An Autobiography."

According to an excerpt from the already-published German version obtained by the Daily Mail, during the 1990 French Open, Agassi prayed, "not for victory, but that my hairpiece would not fall off."

The bio also reveals scandalous details about Andre Agassi's family trouble, Crystal Meth use and numerous personal and professional struggles that were previously unknown.

At least the star has since sorted out his troubles (and hairstyle), found love and gained renewed respect on the court.

But really, we still can't get over the fact that he wore a wig!

We finally got to sniff Reese Witherspoon's "In Bloom" fragrance from Avon, (which launches next week, by the way), and we're loving the soft floral scent.

For those who wonder just how involved the busy mom and actress was in the development process, sweet Southern Reese (wearing a gorgeous L'Wren Scott dress, shown here) explains how the process has been a long time coming:

"My mother always wore gardenia perfume, so I've always been attracted to white flowers," Reese said.

"A large part of my childhood [in Tennessee] was spent in my front yard in a gigantic magnolia tree. So I knew it had to have magnolia blossom in it."

Aside from those two feminine notes, Reese explains, "We mixed it with peach tea lives, and it created something a little bit softer but still very sophisticated."

The best part? The soft, girly eau de parfum retails for just $34.

"Avon is incredibly responsible with the prices on their products, and they have great quality products," Reese told StyleList. "Its a way of having luxury items that people can really afford. It's nice to be part of a company that bears that in mind."

So does that mean Reese's friends and family can expect to receive a bottle for the holidays this year?

"Everyone I know really wants it, " she laughed. "Maybe they're just being nice!"

As we previously reported, the 62nd issue of V Magazine (out Nov. 3) is shaping up to be quite a steamy affair.

First, Miranda Kerr went high-fashion pinup girl, and now we've got a sneak preview of the sultry spread featuring MTV host Alexa Chung looking glamorous (in that undone, downtown way) while enjoying a night at the ol' bowling alley.

Sporting her signature smokey eyes and two-tone hair (of which we've already declared our love), the British host of "It's On with Alexa Chung" was shot by Sharif Hamza and styled by Catherine Newell-Hanson in a mix of lace, leather and sequins by top designers including Stella McCartney, Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana.

Along with the photo shoot -- which basically solidifies Chung as one of our top cool girl crushes -- she admits that there was a definite adjustment period relocating from London to New York City, and that it hasn't quite ended.

"I'm worried my guests won't like me," Chung admits in the magazine. "I don't really have any friends in America..."

She's also apparently having issues with her new Brooklyn digs.

"I think my apartment is too shiny," she tells V in a Q&A. "I just found out that ['The Vampire Diaries' actor Ian Somerhalder] used to live in it. And the other day when I was in the laundry room, I heard that Michael Douglas's son is looking to move into the building."

Well, she sounds like a normal, hard-to-please New Yorker to us!

New Year's resolutions aren't really our thing, but that doesn't mean we intend to kick off 2010 on the wrong foot.

Clad in fishnets and sporting some major bedhead, Moss turns up the va-va-voom factor for her sexy new ads, which showcase her more voluptuous-looking frame modeling pieces from her Orient-inspired line.

Racy red lighting -- courtesy of Rudolph's nose, perhaps? -- also helps cast 35-year-old Moss in a seductive light. Think Brigitte Bardot meets bordello chic. (And get the term "waif" out of your head!)

Rich in Asian influences, highlights from the collection include a fitted Chinese cheongsam frock with slits up both thighs, dress trimmed with ostrich feathers and a plunging sequined number showing off Moss' dangerous curves.

Mary-Kate and Ashley design The Row, consult on Elizabeth & James and are now launching Olsenboye, a new juniors collection sold exclusively at JCPenney.

They have a full-time job trying to dodge the paparazzi, and they even hand out cupcakes from the Olsenboye Treat Truck, seen here in New York City's Union Square.

At the Manhattan preview for Olsenboye, one staffer admitted, "They're the first in the office in the morning and they're the last out the door at night."

That must be why Olsenboye is so spot-on when it comes to teen trends -- these girls know their stuff.

We caught up with the stylish duo to get the DL on the new line.

"The capsule collection shows off our branding on the Olsenboye basics," Mary-Kate told StyleList.

Adding, "We have denim, flannel [and] the studded sweatshirt is a favorite. It has a street vibe."

Michael Jackson's "This Is It" hits theatres today. That is, if you weren't up late last night for the 9pm Los Angeles or midnight New York City screenings.

The 121-minute film features behind-the-scenes footage of Michael Jackson preparing for his would-be tour, which was slated to kick off in London this summer.

The film is being produced with the full support of Michael's estate, so we can only assume his family is involved in the project -- and happy with the results.

In fact, good friend Elizabeth Taylor hailed the film, telling US Weekly it was "the single most brilliant piece of filmmaking" she's ever seen and urging fans to "memorize it."

Last night's "Gossip Girl" was yet another ode to fashion.

The irrepressible Blair Waldorf, played by the gorgeous Leighton Meester, showed up to the opening night Halloween bash at Chuck's club in full-on flapper fashionista form.

She wore a blush beaded fringe Alberta Ferretti dress (from the designer's archives) with a '20s-inspired tulle-covered jewel and jet bead "St. Petersburg" necklace (below) by Suzanna Dai, $360; available on StarsAndInfiniteDarkness, long multi-stands of jet beads and half-gloves.

It's not too late for you to do the Roaring Twenties thing for Halloween.
