#3 Hair and makeup

You could go a couple of different ways with hair to get the most out of this look. You can do a really straight, sleek look and look incredibly polished, or you could go with a more tousled look, or loose waves, which will make you look like you're ready to hit the town and dance all night. We would definitely go with a dark eyeliner like Cat's, and a shiny, natural lip. Dark lipstick with this dramatic outfit could be just a bit too much.
