"I'm willing to make major changes -- super short, a new color, whatever," says Elizabeth, 34, mother of two. She's expanding her children's photography business and says, "My everyday messy ponytail won't do." (Hey, y'know, some messy pony tails are kinda cute ...)

"I still can't believe the color -- I'm still getting used to it, but it makes my eyes stand out," she says. "I'd like to use some of the makeup daily, but maybe just a little less of it."

"I need help!" says Jennifer, 44, who's had the same hairstyle since high school. "I think I look frumpy, dumpy." While hers wasn't as shocking as some of these hairstyles, we knew we could help.
Jeffery Jones
"I should've been born with this hair color!" she says. "I was a little unsure when Ted told me I was getting bangs -- but I love them!"

Liz, 43, wanted something that worked for a day of teaching, but also for a night out. "I've been interested in getting a new look," she says. "But I needed a professional to tell me what would be best."
(P.S. Key to any great new look? A life-changing mascara like this.)
Jeffery Jones
"I love the cut! It's so easy to style," Liz says. "When I left the salon, two strangers stopped me to ask where I get my hair done." Her husband loved the glamorous new makeup look too.

"I haven't worn makeup since my wedding 13 years ago," says Penny, 44, who's a mom, works full-time and coaches softball. Regarding an upcoming high school reunion she says, "I probably won't go due to my appearance."
Jeffery Jones
"What a difference makeup makes!" she says. "Loved the fake eyelashes, and beautiful haircut. I look awesome!" And yes, she will be going to the reunion, thanks to her new look.

Jennifer, the first of the ladies in the ir 40's looks younger than everyone inc luding the 34 year old. I am 34 and I think the 34 year old should have had a trendier style. At this age it is e asy to look 24 or 44 depending on the h air, makeup, and clothing styles you ch oose :P
