How to Make Earrings Out of Owl Pellets
The topic of owl pellets and the middle school project of dissecting them came up in conversation recently. As luck would have it, my sister knew exactly where a large owl lived on the Stanford University campus. I was so excited when she took me there. It was a veritable gold mine of pellets!
Having already rebuilt the mouse from the bones inside an owl pellet when I was in 7th grade I decided to come up with other uses for the pellets.
This is an easy "how to" for making "jawbone earrings."
Since halloween is coming up it just seems fitting.
