Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady welcomed their second child on December 5th, a baby girl named Vivian Lake.
The 32-year old Brazilian supermodel posted the exciting news on her Facebook page saying, "We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel." The mom of two posted a picture of her holding her new daughters' little hand.
Bündchen and Brady were married in April 2009 and have a three-year old son, Benjamin Brady.
