The new trailer for 'Gone Girl' is super-creepy, to say the least. Based on the novel of the same name by Gillian Flynn, and starring Ben Affleck and Rosamund Pike, the suspenseful, psychological drama is set for an October 3rd release date.

In the new trailer, out yesterday, we see Ben Affleck as "the most hated man in America", and the prime suspect in the disappearance of his beloved wife, Rosamund Pike's Amy Dunne. Neil Patrick Harris makes an appearance lurking and and out of the shadows at search and rescue efforts, and Rosamund Pike does a chilling overture as she reads excerpts from Amy's diary. Just watching the two and half minute clip is enough to get spooked out.

This month's GQ cover girl, Emily Ratajkowski will also be in the film, though there's no trace of her in this second trailer. We'll have to wait until October to see if her performance matches up to last summer's appearance in Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" music video. Until then, it's time to start that summer reading!
