There's no denying that actress and guest editor Jaime Pressly has an incredible body (seriously, look at those arms). At 36-years old, Jaime has never looked better and we had to find out her fitness secrets to copy asap.

We asked Jaime what she does to look so great and she shared with us tips for balancing staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle.

Tip #1: Switch it up
"I always switch up my workout routines with different free weight and resistance training exercises. Doing this helps keep your different muscle groups on their toes. When you do the same workout all the time your body stops responding and doesn't change. Shocking your muscles and working them out with different exercises is the best way to cut fat, burn calories and actually change your body."

Tip #2: Don't be the hero
Don't go into the gym and try to be a hero right off the bat, especially if you haven't been in a while. Don't worry about anyone else in the gym or what they might be thinking. You're there for yourself not them. So don't be afraid to use the 5 pound free weights! Just make sure you are doing the movements correctly, make sure your body placement is correct (so you don't hurt yourself), and always make sure to do 3 sets of everything. If you leave the gym after an hour and you are not sweating and feeling any kind of muscle fatigue, then you didn't really work out. So do as many reps as you can until it burns!

Tip #3: Try something new

It also helps prevent lactic acid build up in your muscles you're not as sore the next day.
