Katharine McPhee took a fashion risk while attending the NBC TCA party, and we're not sure she can pull it off...
McPhee was photographed wearing sheer and beaded pants that resembled a pair of curtains ripped from the wall. Add in the exposed bra and neon lips and yikes! Kudos to McPhee for taking a risk, and we never mind adding a little sparkle, but we're categorizing this look as a fashion fail.
