Some people become BFFs with Ben and Jerry following the breakup of their marriage. Others throw themselves into their work. Apparently falling into the latter category isMiranda Kerr, who - in addition to currently fronting campaigns for ShopStyle, Clear Scalp & Hair and Swarovski - has just been named the star of H&M's spring ads.

Announced in the wee hours of Tuesday morning via a video on H&M's Instagram account (below), the Sydney-born Kerr's new gig coincides with the fast fashion chain's arrival in Australia, according to Marie Claire UK. The full campaign won't be released until March, but a photo posted by H&M leads us to believe it'll have a romantic, washed-out peasant vibe.

Former Victoria's Secret Angel Kerr, who Forbes ranked as the second highest earning model of 2013, succeeds top biller Gisele Bundchen as the face of H&M. Kerr herself was replaced by Daria Werbowy for Mango's latest campaign.
