Some suggest starting when you hit your twenties, while others say thirties or forties is fine. In all honesty, everyone ages differently: based upon level of stress, the amount of water you drink, how healthy the foods are that you eat, and your life choices (do you smoke? drink a lot?). All of these factors contribute to the health of your skin, and when you should start using anti-aging creams.
As in most cases, taking preventative measures is ideal. You know that taking five minutes to apply sunscreen saves you from burns that could lead to skin damage(ahem, and older looking skin) and even cancerous cells, so why not apply this thinking to wrinkles and aging, as well? Of course, these creams and serums won't give you the magical results people seek with botox and plastic surgery, but they will help.
Isn't it everyone's desire to age gracefully and beautifully? Do so by grabbing one of our favorite anti-aging products from the list below. You'll find them at your local drugstore, and they work just as well (if not better!) than the most expensive options out there.
