On the heels of having her second child, son Sparrow last month, Nicole Richie is launching a new women's contemporary clothing line called Winter Kate, reports WWD. As if the mini fashion icon wasn't busy enough, what with two little ones under the age of two, her House of Harlow 1960 accessories line and a maternity collection for A Pea in the Pod. What would want to make her take on another project right now? "It feels as though I've always been working on this collection, but officially I started putting it together in early 2009," Richie told the paper. "I've wanted to design a clothing collection for a very long time."
