A Royal Baby 'Look-Alike' Pranks Media
As the excitement continues to rise at a fevered pace, the UK newspaper 'The Sun' decided to play a prank on media waiting outside Lingo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital where Kate is expected to give birth.
The stunt, which occurred at roughly 5PM in London caused a flurry of reports, tweets, and frenzy, but it was quickly revealed that the 'look-alikes' were not in-fact Kate or Prince William. 'The Sun' reportedly planned the prank in an effort to drive people to their LIVE stream on their website. 'The Sun' hired a pregnant Kate look-alike who donned a nude trench coat and Will look-alike who arrived wearing a blue oxford shirt. The two walked in front of the camera's only to reveal a 'The Sun' t-shirt underneath.
While speculation continues that today is actually Kate's due date, reports have surfaced that extra police have been brought on scene in the past hour.
