Kate Middleton has had an extremely busy week! After standing in for the Queen at the National Review of Queen's Scouts on Monday, she visited a primary school Tuesday, and the National Portrait Gallery Wednesday evening.

The event at the National Portrait Gallery was to celebrate the work of The Art Room -- a charity to help children build confidence and independence through art. The Duchess stated that she is "a firm believer in the power of art to make a difference."

Kate wore a lovely powder blue dress by Emilia Wickstead, one of her favorite go-to designers. She had her hair curled and swept back, and wore an impressively high pair of suede grey heels. The 50s style dress had a modest neckline but a fairly low back, and displayed her royal bump beautifully.

But... we have to ask, does this baby blue dress give any indication of whether we'll be seeing a brand new Prince come July? We kid, we kid. But hey, we can dream, right?
