We're all about this warmer weather, but even we can admit -- spring dressing, what with the season's occasional downpours and seriously varying temps, can get a little tricky at times. We've found that it's best to stick to a few no-fail rules that help us get through the season.

First and foremost, layering is crucial. Throw a light jacket on over a heavier sweater, or a wool peacoat over a longsleeve tee. We know you're ready to bust out those spring hues, but hold off until the weather is a little more stable. Layering is so much easier in light neutrals, like blush pink, khaki, and grey. If you do a print, keep it at one piece, like a statement jacket or a pair of slouchy pants.
