With Oscar buzz taking over and President's Day on Monday, February 18th, we take a look at an Oscar nominated actor who fittingly played one of the countries most influential Presidents, Abraham Lincoln.

Actor Daniel Day-Lewis was honored with an Oscar nomination for his role as Abraham Lincoln in the movie, Lincoln. Known for his trademark hoop earring, Lewis has been in countless films including "Gangs of New York," "The Ballad of Jack and Rose," and "There Will Be Blood."

While his style on the red carpet is traditional, black suit and tie, his hair (and facial hair) has transformed over the years based on the movie he's working on. Traditionally a method actor, Daniel Day-Lewis becomes the character from the way he talks to the way he dresses and acts. This makes him unique, and we can't wait to see what the actor will wear in February at the 2013 Oscars.
