Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, is really taking her royal comeback seriously! Kate attended another glamorous event tonight, an Autumn Gala in aid of one of her favored charities, Action on Addiction. The Duchess and several other attendees were treated to a dinner and reception in London, later watching comedian Rory Bremner perform.

The Duchess arrived wearing a black knee-length Temperley London dress (similar style available at Shopbop) with crochet detailing. It's the Emblem Flare dress, featuring sheer accents on her sleeves and bodice (it has a nude underlay on the body and skirt) and a low back. She carried a new black beaded clutch.

Kate's Emblem Flare Dress Temperley London
Kate is royal patron of Action on Addiction, and is attending her first event for the charity since her bout with acute morning sickness stopped her from taking part in royal duties for several weeks. She looks lovely and healthy tonight - in a dress that is definitely more daring than she usually chooses. We love it!

Kate has previously worn a black Temperley London cocktail dress with cutout detailing to the SportsAid Charity Gala, and a sheer black lace gown several times. So Templerley is clearly doing something right. You can shop Temperley's latest pieces at Shopbop now.
