Need a little help selecting the perfect present for your mom, brother, best friend, dentist, cousin-in-law, neighbor, and everyone else on your list?

If this sounds like you, the perfect solution is just a phone call away. T.J. Maxx and Marshalls have launched a holiday gift hotline, helmed by E!'s Giuliana Rancic, as well as a slew of other fashion, style, and gifting experts (StyleList's own Jordan Reid of Ramshackle Glam among them!). The girls will be on call (literally) today through Friday, December 6th to help you with all your tough holiday gifting questions. Holiday shoppers seeking guidance or inspiration can call 1-855-404-GIFT (4438) anytime between 9 a.m. EST and 5 p.m. EST daily.

We sat down with Giuliana this morning just as the hotline was opening, and scored a few of her expert tips on navigating the gift-buying process this season. See our interview with her below!

StyleList (SL): It's holiday party season! Do you have a go-to item you like to keep on hand for a last-minute hostess gift?
Giuliana Rancic (GR): Never come to a holiday party empty-handed! T.J. Maxx and Marshalls have gorgeous soaps from France that are under $10. Everyone always brings a bottle of wine, so I like to give something like those soaps -- it just feels really special.

SL: Shopping at a big store during the holidays can be overwhelming, especially when you've got multiple people to buy for. How do you navigate your gift list?
GR: You know, I would say make a list of everyone you're buying a gift for. I've got a 4-page list -- friends, family, co-workers, Duke's doctor, our doctors -- that's a lot of people! I like to divide the list into all female and then all male, and start shopping that way. Plan your budget for each group before you go to the store, so you can make sure you stick to it.

SL: Speaking of budgets, do you have any advice for shoppers who aren't looking to spend a fortune on holiday gifts this year?
GR: Everyone always wonders during the holidays, 'should I tip my hairstylist, should I tip this person or that person?". I think tips are so impersonal. You can get someone something extra special (and save money), just by picking up something like gorgeous chocolates from Godiva at T.J. Maxx. They have buyers who look all over the world for beautiful pieces, like handmade pottery from India -- you're getting a tremendous value. Another thing people don't realize is that everything at T.J. Maxx and Marshalls is current season, so you're saving (on department store prices) right there. Plus they're constantly replenishing -- (stores) get shipments three times a week!

SL: So, let's hear it -- what are you planning on getting Bill this year?
GR: Bill is the guy who has it all, so I try to think of something he likes to do (in Bill's case, traveling), and I think, 'what can I buy to make his life easier when he travels?'. His shaving kits get really beat up, so I'd like to get him a nice one, or a nice leather duffel bag.
