Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, visited a high school in London today to open the school's ICAP Art Room. Celebrating the arts and their empowering abilities for children, the Duchess looked radiant in a bright blue L.K. Bennett dress. Blue definitely seems to be Kate's favorite color to wear, you can tell she loves it by taking a look at her style through the years.

And even though it seems like it was the windiest day EVER in London, obviously Kate's hair looked amazing. But really, is it fair?! Maybe she can lend us some good hair day points sometime. Her classic blowout (known as the "Chelsea" blowout) definitely held up against the London weather.

Kate's L.K. Bennett dress is called the Detroit, and is still available for purchase online(Kate's blue at LK Bennett, in white and pink at John Lewis) and in stores -- but it's selling out fast. It will cost you about $395, but if you love the tailored, cinched waist, it's a great addition to any closet. Kate paired it with Kiki McDonough earrings and a brand new Ballon Bleu Cartier watch (maybe a Valentine's Day gift from Wills?).
