Believe it or not, Oscars night wasn't the first time we saw the gorgeous gowns worn by stars like Jennifer Aniston and Sandra Bullock. Before Hollywood's leading ladies walked the red carpet, we saw first saw a few of those coveted dresses at the spring couture runway shows in Paris.
