The rich textures of Gustav Klimt's portraits were the inspiration behind Fall 2013. His decorative style and that of other Art Nouveau greats like René Lalique influenced the free-spirited and romantic mood of the collection. We focused on the details: dragonflies and scarabs printed on dresses, as well as wrapped around the heels of shoes; metallic prints and patterns; mixed textures, and subtle volume. It all centers around the idea of 24-hour dressing - special pieces to wear from day to evening.
